Overall Project Management:
Pre Engineered Buildings – This is a metal building designed and fabricated in the factory premises; all components are shipped to site and are assembled and erected at site with nut bolts/ anchor bolts.
Production – Plate Cutting as per fabrication drawing, Welding, Fit-Up, Quality Inspection, Dispatching to site for erection.
Erection – Material Unloading, Verification with Packing list, Stacking and Site Erections.
Handover – Tests & Commissioning, Client sign off.
Engineering – Client Requirement, Project/Process Design.
Procurement – Formulation of Contract, Vendor Development, Delivery Schedule- Expediting.
Construction – Material Unloading, Project Management, Site – Civil Construction, Piping/Mechanical/Structural/Electrical Erection, Test & Commissioning.
